I have been visiting this place for over 15 years and must say it has gone downhill. Got seated quite quickly but had to move as we would have been bashed by people coming in and out. Got to the queue and noticed that there was very little in the way of vegtables but thought that would be rectified by the time i got served, WRONG. Not only was there nothing left but after complaining and waiting for over 10 Minutes we were served with well undercooked vegtables as they rushed it all out. My partners turkey was pink in places, another sign of undercooking. We tried to eat the meal but had to give up as it was inedible. Complained to the manager but got the same old story as on our last visit 8 weeks ago, had the same problems then and was assured that it would be sorted. HA HA. I would advise anyone thinking of going to this place to have a backup plan in place. Manager offered us a so-called 25% discount 3.50, funny that as there was a deal of 2 meals for 10 pounds.. I will be advising relatives and friends to avoid this place and will cancel our booking for Xmas. NEVER AGAIN..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
