AVOID AT ALL COST! I would rate this zero if I could. Absolutely abysmal customer service and even less knowledge of the ordering platforms they use. Do yourself a favor and head to Aksular just along on Hertford Road for a true Turkish experience, much nicer food, a cleaner premises and customer service.
