Frozen food. I wouldn’t bother. The veg was obviously frozen and my mind was reeling from the variety of dishes on the menu. It goes from curry to deep fried mushrooms to oriental. The offer menu is a bit of a farce, too….no wonder it is well priced…the ingredients are cheap and it all tasted like it came out of a packet.
Excellent and great value. I visited Zoot again recently and was very impressed with the food quality and presentation. The menu was brilliant and execution did not dissapoint. Best of all it was done with wonderful service, despite being very busy and the price was shockingly good. They could easily charge more for the quality of food that they present. My only critisism is that the offers that they display on the boards out the front look tacky and that stops people coming in. But once you go in, its decor is wonderful and the food will not dissapoint! Factoid.
It used to be great.. Did the old chef die? Did they start shopping at Lidl? Did they just stop caring because passing trade is of such a high volume that this would compensate for any drop in return custom?! On the plus side the staff are usually attentive and the breakfasts are reasonable, although the choice and volume of music at that time of day is somewhat questionable.Visit if you must, not terrible, just not quite what it used to be.
