  Disappointing. Been before and food was nice so thought it would be a nice place for my husband and I to have a little date night! We had a voucher book we had been given to us when giving a donation to a local charity and decided to use the 50% voucher (which I not only mentioned when booking but had used previously a couple of weeks ago with a friend) to get some tapas to share.When we got there the manager decided they haven’t used the voucher for ages, they should never have signed up to the voucher book and they won’t honour it.Really disappointed… poor service – not our fault (or the 200 people who also got given this voucher book for giving to a local charity!!!) that someone messed up and signed up to something without checking first! Bad marketing and poor decision making tonight!Hope others have a better experience bu not sure I’d trust them if they do something like this to a charity!

  Good bar, food is suspect. Don’t get me wrong, I like the bar and often drop in for a drink on a night out, but I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s just not good. The tapas seems good on the menu and the value is ok, but the presentation and quality is not brilliant. Look at the photo of the oil and vinegar that was brought to our table (added to gallery) this was minging, nearly empty and looked like motor oil with the thinest sourest balsamic style liquid I have ever encountered. They mean well and the management are brilliant, but they employ some serving staff that don’t cut the mustard. I’m sorry, but in the 3 times I’ve eaten there, the service was dreadful. Not really impressed.I will try again one day, as the do do good cocktails, I’ll drink there anyway. I hope they improve and I will report on US when I do. Could be so much better…
