Dreadful. Overpriced, but okay quality. The staff seem to have too much to manage, especially during busy periods. Saying that, most serving staff have been very polite and work hard. I didn’t like the food, so will not eat again.
Unsatisfactory. Returned to the Aintree branch after usual good service. However on 25/5/11 we were unimpressed with the service and the portions. I ordered a bruschetta starter, 4 large pieces of garlic bread but very little topping. A disappointment, but awaited the main meal believing it may have been a one-off.I ordered balsmatic chicken wrap with fries, the fries were just warm, the wrap looked delicious, but upon cutting into it there was more salad than chicken. I opened up the wrap, this consisted of lumps of the stork of lettuce, plus 4 minute pieces of breaded chicken.I will not return, we have always been happy with the service, but on this occasion the staff were chatting amongst each other, we did not have a member of staff ask if we were satisfied, and seem to be rushed in their service.If the food is just warm, then it is sitting on the hot plate for too long. As an adult i like my food HOT… but on this occasion F/Bennies only good feature was the music!!Management needs to be aware that when a plate is left FULL then clearly the food is not appetising or appealing, and should ask customers their opinion.

Great food, great service. My personal favourite started is the Mushroom Alfredo. Perfect. Must have a wonderful chef to make the food that nice.
