Wednesday 7th February 2018Today we attended Frankie and Benny’s on East Lancashire Road Liverpool with Tanya and Joanna. We attended a pizza party with 19 of our pre-school children aged between 3-5 years. Tanya who led the morning session was very helpful and excellent with both our children and staff. Our children were able to experience making pizzas of their choice, all of their individual needs such as dietary and allergies were supported and likes and dislikes taken into consideration. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the children’s experience was fulfilled and exceeded our expectations by offering them cocktail making activities. All of the children enjoyed the morning and were able to return to nursery to talk about their experiences and share this with their parents and carers at home time. It’s exactly what you expect with great customer service and American Italian. The food tastes like American Italian too, so it’s not going to knock you down with flavour or panache; but if you’re going to Frankie & Benny’s you’re looking for good food, great service and easy, family friendly atmosphere, which this franchise delivers well.
Edge Lane – for families only.. The food was ok but pricey for what it was. It was incredibly busy with families and had kids running round everywhere, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone without kids or who wants peace and quiet. The service was very slow and to get another drink took 30 mins. The staff were friendly however.
