Service is appalling, atmosphere is bleak& waiting staff need customer service training.Menus are sellotaped together and covered in food. Staff had dirty nails when serving food.Only reason I’m not scoring lower was the food when it came was actually really nice, so that makes up for the poor service just a little bit
