Oh no sold out of apricot pastries with no more to be baked.This must be the only Nero that doesn’t restock their pastries.
Back again for those pastries (apricot) and a couple of toasted sandwiches washed down with a cappuccino.Well behaved pets are allowed in and that’s a bonus because who wants to sit outside when it’s raining and cold.
Since the staff change round and new manager with a proper attitude to his customers we visit every week. Also for us we can take our pup into the café that’s a bonus but the real treat are the apricot pastries.
Met a friend for coffee and cake. We both chose the carrot cake which was very tasty but a little dry and tired. Taste was delicious though. Had a fruit tea and friend had coffee. Service a little slow today but staff friendly.
It is always good and they keep their standards which is a good thing. Quick and efficient. We will be back.
