Been to this place so many times for a quick meal. They make good chicken, especially tasty is the peri peri chicken. Their food is always fresh and their pizzas are not bad at all. Would recommend take outs for a quick meal

I have been a more or less frequent visitor to this pizza place. I have ordered there 10-15 times before. The pizza that is offered is of good value, always warm and tasty. Or so was my view up until today. I have ordered 12” Kentucky with spicy chicken, pineaple and corn. On the menu it also has onions as an ingredient, but I always ask for it to be removed and some extra cheese to be added instead.Today they have made a mistake of putting the onions on. Walking home I could smell those onions but I was still hoping it maybe a smell from adjacent restaurants. Unfortunately, I found onions on my pizza upon arrival at my house. I took the pizza back. Mistakes happen. The man serving me appologised and offered a FRESH pizza to be prepared for me. I waited maybe five minutes and it was ready. I was surprised it went so quickly, checked the pizza and everything was fine. No onions this time and with plenty of cheese.I went home, sat down and started eating. Honestly, I could still taste the onions! I thought that it may have been in my head, or maybe they put it in the same box. After eating a few pieces the sensation did not go away and on one of the slices I found leftover onion bits. Now this was the last straw!I took the pizza back. Again. I asked to speak to the manager yet the manager was not available. The staff offered me another pizza but firstly, I was not hungry anymore, and secondly, I have lost any trust in the place. As the manager was not around, I was told they were not able to give me a refund.This was unacceptable, I left the place and will never come back. Making a mistake while preparing the order can and will happen. But they had the audacity of just taking the onions out, heating it up and serving it to me again. Had the procedure been successfull, I wouldn’t have noticed anything. With pieces of onions still left under a fresh layer of cheese, I question the hygene (how did they take the onions out, they must have reheated everything afterwards, etc) and also the care for their customers.I am mildly allergic to onions. I am writing this review with very dry eyes and a heavy sensation in my chest. I would not recommend this sort of treatment of customers to anyone. Rating of 2 instead of 1 is only because I have been a satisfied customer before today.
