  I am absolutely livid that I just didn’t cook myself. The one day I am feeling ill and wanted to take a day off from the kitchen and treat the kids…I get irritated and moany kids because the order took 1 and 1/2 hours to arrive!!! The delivery driver was clueless and couldn’t really speak English apart from the word busy! I then called the restaurant again only to have a very rude person on the other end who could only say okay to every word I said. I told him I am getting a chargeback and that was it and never again! Shame the food was better than most Chinese takeaways but the service is abysmal! Don’t deserve my money for soggy crispy noodles and cold crispy chicken wings and limp chips for the kids!

  I ordered at 7:50pm, the food arrived at 22:00 (1 hour later than predicted time). You need to manage the online bookings so if food can not be delivered on time, you should not be greedy and take the booking. Know your kitchen, no your limits, list the restaurant as ‘sold out’ when the kitchen is too busy to provide a decent service. A 2 hour 10 min wait for food is not acceptable. Only one driver on a Friday night – come on – it’s not like this is the first Friday night you have taken orders. When food arrived it was very average, the roast pork was dry etc. This is the second and last time I will book through these sites as there is no concept of saying no to orders. If I walked into the restaurant and it was full i’d be turned away, this needs to happen online. Imagine sitting 2 hours 10 mins in a restaurant without food?!
