The broth in the soup had a great depth of flavor. It tasted as though it was slowly cooked all day and was perfect for the chilly weather outside. The rolls were superb. They have a variety of special rolls. They were delicious and each had its unique flavor.
The sushi was fresh and well made, bonus for the fresh salad that I started with. The salmon dish was really interesting but oh so delicious. Such a fun experience…The food is worth it!
