  I ordered a vegan dish due to allergens and it arrived full of egg, despite it being one of their ‘vegan’ recipes and not having any egg listed in their allergens. I called customer service to have another sent out but he ‘forgot’ to follow up or call be back, so I called the branch manager who was incredibly rude. He said I was mistaken, he cooked it and there was no egg in it. So I left the comfort of my home where I was caring for my partner, and went to show him all the egg. Not being able to say I was wrong anymore, he resorted to saying there were other meat/egg dishes in my order (my partner has a different diet) so how were they to know not to put egg in the (EGG FREE) dish. He also said that although he apologised, it was my fault for not saying I had an allergen.I am still reeling from his disgusting attitude. By the time I got home with the new dish, everything else was cold. I called customer service again to complain and they apologised for forgetting to call me back and offered me a refund but with no confirmation or explanation of how this will be escalated.Such a shame as they have decent food with a good choice of vegan options and no MSG, but apparently you can’t trust that any of their dishes contain the allergens or ingredients that they say they have. Good brand but HORRENDOUS branch and AWFUL customer service. Shot in the dark as to whether you’ll receive what you ordered- my neighbours have also frequently received the wrong dishes.

  Simple, fun, convenient. Pork & Goji dumplings are great, Pad Thai is average. As a take-away restaurant definitely does its job. High quality packaging is also noticeable.

  I love to cook – don’t get me wrong, but there are some takeaways worth not cooking for!This is one! The food is always of good quality, arrives quickly and never cold. They do warn you if it is extremely busy and the waiting time will be long. They offer a variety of dishes and always experiment and try new combinations. It never gets boring. The Char Siu Pork Buns, Honey glazed Char Siu and Coconut Tamarind Prawns are one of my favourites. They do deliver bubble tea as well and recently got an alcohol licence. Don’t forget to try their newest dessert creations!

  Terrible food and service. Nearly two hours to arrive! After an hour and fifteen minutes I decided to telephone Zing Zing to enquire about the status of my order, the person on the other end of the telephone boarded on aggressive before she slammed the phone down on me. Having spoken to my neighbours about Zing Zing they too have experienced similar problems. When my food eventually arrived it was cold and had items missing. Thoroughly disappointing, the time I waited, the quality of the food and, finally, the service…all terrible.
