The first time I went for breakfast, the food and service were okay. However, the second time I went to get lunch. The service was NOT great at all. I simply asked the lady that I wanted a toasted sandwich, but it felt as if she was very confused and did not understand I wanted. After going back and forth with her and trying to explain, I was fed up so when she asked me if I wanted a Panini (not a sandwich) I just agreed with her. It seemed like she did not know what was on her menu. Secondly, when she was making my food, she added onions without even asking me and I did not even request onions. When I asked for this to be removed, I felt she was confused on what to do and didn’t want to take if off. I thought to myself, okay maybe she’s having a bad day so I didn’t make too much fuss over it. Lastly, I paid for my food and left. The panini was not nice but edible. Checked my purse later on that day, I noticed that the lady had given me 20 euros cent and not pounds. How can they give their customers wrong currency? This annoyed a lot. After this whole experience, I would never go back, because bad customer service makes me avoid places, not matter how nice the food.
