Great service, very friendly waiters. The food was lovely although quite spicy! I had the butter chicken and said that I cant handle spice, for me it was still spicy but maybe Im just a wimp. The portions were of a large size and I couldnt finish all of mine. It was really delicious though (I wouldnt have eaten it given how spicy it was if it wasnt good!) too full for desserts but they did look delicious…it would be nice if they offered a student discount but otherwise its reasonably priced for the area.
I went to this restaurant during summer and if you love Indian food or want to have Indian food at London this is the best place to get in.Ordered:Chicken baltiPotato sabziMushroom rice Bhendi sabziThe flavour was absolutely Indian with all Indian spices.4.5 rating for the food and service.

I’ve been here a couple of times now with work and it really is decent. Throw in a taste card and you’re laughing. Pleasant surrounds and service and a good range of meat and vegetable curry served in good size portions and quality. Perfect! londoncurryblog.com
At one end of ‘trendy’ exmouth market, Cinnamon Tree is a perfectly reasonable Indian restaurant serving the typical range of indian dishes with a few more unique options.I always come here as it accept the Taste Card for a big group of people and I have never been disappointed with the food. The standard curries are nothing particularly special but this is definitely not a cheap/low quality indian restaurant – the sauces are not over-oily, the meat is well cooked and the presentation is excellent. The only negatives I have found is that we are often sat at the front of the restaurant and the tables there are a bit of a squeeze for 4 people. Also, I have found the service to be a bit slow on occasion – however this may be because of a large group there at the time.On the whole, this is a very decent option for anyone looking for an Indian meal in this area, but probably not worth travelling too far though. However, I hear they have outdoor seating in summer so that might be nice on the market!
Indian food for delivery. I ordered from Cinnamon Tree for delivery. Delivery was fast. I took chicken Tikka Massala, plain naan and pilau rice. Everything was nice. jeannemarieb.com
