Good food, nice vibe. I went there to catch manchester united beat Liverpool. They have few screens and lots of seating space. The staff is friendly. I ordered a veg burger which was really good. The quantity of the burger is good enough for 2 people. Would love to go again.

A popular haunt for after work drinks on a Friday afternoon. Being just across the road from work was also handy as is the happy hour from 5-7. Meaning 2 for 1 cocktails for 2 hours. A nice way to unwind after a week at work. They do a mean cosmopolitan. justnossy.com

I wouldn’t have noticed the bowler if I hadn’t looked off sideways from Farringdon road by accident but I’m glad I did. This pub is much bigger that it looks from the outside and it does have a classic pub feeling to it. Having been there on a game day, I can say it’s perfect for watching the football as it has several TV screens as well as a big projector screen. Being off the road means not many people will be there so you can have all the space you want.I had a pint of the hobgoblin ale, which I quite like in a bottle so was glad to find on tap and they have a few more ales I would like to try as well. All in all, since I’m in the area every Sunday I will make sure to go back again and I would recommend you have it in mind if you’re around as well. darcrose22albionadventures.blogspot.com
