Not interested. My friend and I we’re very excited the Eagle had been recommend to us by friends. It was very busy as expected on a Sunday around 2pm my friend & I aren’t precious we understand that it takes time to served but my grievance is that when we were served the attitude was of complete intolerance in regards to any questions about the menus which maybe are self explanatory but we are obviously slightly thick . We left . In the young waitress’s defence she seemed to be doing the job of at least two or three people . Won’t recommend the opposite in fact especially when there are some great places not far which we found .
Half the bar for an excellent wine list and real ales and the other half for the kitchen. Razor clams simply cooked and gutsy. Whole bream for me and a spot on kedgeree for Linda. There is nothing like this in Perth! Wonderful and we will return.
Clerkenwell Favourite. We’ve been eating here for the last three years and still love the energy, drink selection, and open kitchen with its Med-African influences. A great gastropub in in a cool area of London. The pumpkin risotto when on the ever changing menu board is ne of the best in the city.
