From the outside, you don’t expect to find such a great place.The ground floor bar with view on the canal is just out of this world.Love the place, would deffo recommend.
Stopped by for a couple of drinks before dinner. The staff are really friendly and informed about the beers available. Halves, thirds and full pints are available (sometimes at your peril!).
Went with friends for tea whilst on York.Fine if you like burgers and chips.My chips were not as warm as I would have liked.Burger Ok but no wow factor. Good choice of beers but service slow
Amazing atmosphere, beer & burgers. The burger menu recently changed to a more eastern style which myself I wasn’t too keen on. But the cheesey fries, my lord.
Went for works night out. So many beers to choose from. Wine & spirits for non beer drinkers. Great discount for NHS staff- thank you. We all had food and it was hot, served quickly and very tasty. I would recommend to my friends.
