You can find Chi at 168 New Cavendish Street in Fitzrovia serving fresh and authentic Vietnamese street food. I recommend the Prawn Summer Rolls (Cun) made from rice paper (bnh trng) packed with tiger prawns, light vermicelli noodles, carrots, cucumber and herbs. The sweet peanut dipping sauce is heavenly and also goes well with the spicy prawn crackers.The Brisket Beef Ph, a type of Noodle Soup, is good but a bit watery – making it not a very substantial meal. Visit Chi to eat-in or take back to the office for a perfect at desk meal. emmarosetully.com
