Our second visit to Picture was just as good as the first. Love the decor and the ambience of the restaurant itself, and the service is brilliant. We had the set 6 course menu and enjoyed every mouthful. This is a restaurant we’ll be visiting again.
Tasting menu… value for money… I chose the beef fillet replacing the lamb… fillet was nicely done… medium rare… the quality of the coffee surprises me and it is not common to find a good cappuccino in a restaurant like this
Very exquisite and refined cuisine and a great value as a set lunch at 25 for 4 courses. Great presentation of food even if portions aren’t huge. Monday no corkage on BYO wine which is a massive plus and enabled me to hold a working lunch with wine tasting there. Friendly and attentive service. Definitely recommended. sweervywine.com
Looking for a nice foodie date place? Picture is there! The room is nicely decorated, with a cosy atmosphere and top staff. Small touches like leaving your coat at the cloakroom and having a real Laguiole knife for your meat make it feel like a fancy place, when prices are actually all right. We got a 4 courses tasting menu, with 3 salty dishes and a dessert, supported by a nice bottle of wine… obviously! From the goat cheese beetroot to the onion ravioli, from the cod to the sea bream and THE beef, everything was great, flavoury experience with unexpected combinations. And the deserts (chocolate mousse and a vanilla mascarpone cream) secured the deal. If everytime you’re in front of a food menu you can’t make a decision, you’re gonna love this place.
We were looking for a quiet place for team lunch and this was suggested as a good choice. The background music is not loud and there are not many tables so it is easy to talk. The food is good however it is on the expensive side. We ate the 6 course meal.
I went here with my friends and we all loved this place. They have amazing 6 course menu and everything I that was awesome. Place had great cozy atmosphere and staff was so attentive and helpful. Pork cheek and chocolate mousse I had were awesome. I would come back to try more of this place.
Love love love Picture. Opening in 2013 it has been a real treat to have in the local area. I took my mum here for lunch several months ago and the menu is totally accommodating for those who have an intolerance for gluten. Their tasting menu is brilliant!
