I love this place. Being a local whenever I feel like treating myself to a nice comfort dinner the Dartmouth Arms never fails. Although I’m a vegetarian and the menu only has a couple of choices the food is always delicious. Extremely good price for quality and portions too. The staff is always nice and warm and the decor of the rooms is very beautiful.
I recently visited The Dartmouth Arms in Forest Hill for a quick bite and was delighted by the friendly and efficient service I received here. On my visit I had a starter of Grilled Haloumi Skewers served with Tomato Chilli Jam and Mint Salsa Verde alongside a side of chips. The starter was substantial, the Chilli Jam was extremely tasty and the chips were nice and crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. I recommend The Dartmouth Arms if ever in the area.
