Salt of the Earth is a small family run delicatessen in Carleton, providing Friday Night Tapas Evening, Outside Catering, Deliveries for orders over 15, Take Aways and Much more. All our dishes are made to order, we are not fast food but quality food produced as fast as possible. We recommend that if you are in a rush you can pre-order and we will have your order ready for you on arrival. We are only a small deli with a maximum of 40 seats, we do get busy over the lunch time period and will accept table reservations so that you will not be left disappointed.
