Great for a quick lunch. I would recommend their Indigo Burger and Pizza.In the evening you can get finger snacks, You have to queue in the evening it gets quite busy and only two staff were on who are taking food orders as well.
We dined in the restaurant a few times whilst we were staying and we were not disappointed.The food was absolutely superb, delicious and plentiful. The staff in the bar are really friendly and helpful and I would recommend indigo for a lovely meal.
Nice place to have a drink and a snack. If the sun had been shining, it would have been lovely to sit on the decked patio area.
Played all the sports that were on over the weekend (Leicester vs Man Utd, Snooker Championships etc.) Slightly slow food in busy times but were happy to deliver elsewhere in hotel.
We particularly liked the meals. Small plates and a dessert seemed good value. The Dalmeny sweets have always been good and this tradition continues.
