Silantro is Russian Flavoured Cafe with Classical British and European Food options. Our opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 5pm or the last guest. Open till midnight during live music events. We are family- run small cafe based in the vibrant restaurant area of St. Annes-On-Sea at the very end of Wood Street. The cafe is very popular amongst local art community with many local musicians, artists and poets gathering here regularly. We hold Live music events on regular bases. Usually on Fridays and Saturdays. Silantro is the one of not many places where the public have chance to hear local musicians playing live, From Blues, Jazz and Soul to Country and Indie-Folk and Rap. During the day time our guests can enjoy mild recordings of Billy Holiday, Frank Sinatra, Mildred Bailey, BB King, Elvis Presley, Edith Piaf, etc. and Russian Decadence. The Food: We aim to source the highest quality, freshest, locally farmed food. We are happy to adapt all our dishes to guests' individual requests as much as we can. All our dishes are made from scratch to every order to provide our customers with the freshest and the very best quality food. We offer the variety of food from home-made sandwiches, toasties, paninis, jacket potatoes, to superb hearty all-day breakfasts, fairly- portion tapas, homemade extra large beef and bacon burgers made with house-made beef patties. We offer variety of salads from "Caesar With Grilled Chicken Beast" to " Reach Warm Goat's Cheese Salad" We also serve Russian Speciality dishes.
