I was looking for zero star rating, unfortunately I can’t find it on this rating scale. I went there to have lunch with my husband today. The attitude of the staff name Malone was very intimidating and he was very rude. He laughed negatively when I only asked for the drink menu as I just arrived. He expressed threatening attitude and gesture with don’t care attitude when I said I will report to the manager. And further he asked what is your problem. All I wanted was a peaceful lunch with my husband. Though manager came and tried to sort it out. However, we had worst experience in Cosmo Romford. Hopefully he will not display such rudeness to other customers going there.
