  I have been to this place before and the baked goods are really not fresh and not nice. An incident i had last week topped it all off.I ordered a salad for take away from Caffeine last week. As I was eating it, I saw an insect crawling amongst the lettuce. I was so disgusted, but the worst was yet to come. I went back after work to complain, there was no-one there to talk to as the mangerwasn’tthere. The waitress went to get her from another restaurant keeping me waiting for about 10 mins. Once she came shehad an accomplice who was so rude from the beginning. Once I explained to them my problem they were horrible telling me that I had made it up and that they couldn’t see anything, and that anything dark and small is herbs from the dressing. After about 15 minutes of them looking through and running their fingers,Ifound the insect (which by then was dead) the women laughed inmy face telling me its not it. I told her to check it and she will see. she was not interested, I told her that in kosher law ANY insectisn’tkosher and that salad is not kosher. At this point she said to me ‘shut up and go!’ I did get my money back but the customerservice is absolutely appalling and the way this was handled was very very wrong. Its not the first timeIhave eaten therebut you can be sureIwill not step a foot into thisplace again.
