Cafe Imperial is a truly welcome addition on the High Street in Golders Green. It’s been beautifully done up and is now an extremely pleasant, clean and elegant. The parlour corner with the little sofa is just delightful and I always eagerly hope that it’s free! The food so at had been faultless-I’m a great fan of eggs, poached or fried, but even though they are considered a simple thing, it’s not easy to get them perfectly prepared. Well, at Imperial they’ve always been excellent. The salads have always been perfectlt fresh and the little chocolate cakes and fruit tartlets delightful. And finally, attentive and pleasant service.
