I ordered a collection for chicken kebab on Friday 24/11/17. I did wait for 20 minuets, I asked the guy behind the till why it taking so long, he passed the message to the griller guy and they started to argue. After a while the griller put the kebab in the foil tray while staring at me with anger and throw the tray on the table behind him, all the kebabs fall down on the floor. I totally was shocked for his behaviour, not acceptable at all. I understand that it was a busy night, but his rude behaviour is not acceptable. I do not go there anymore because of this guy.I am sorry, but i have to give one star for this guy behaviour. Why should I buy from there when they do not respect the customer?!
In this restaurant you shall order one main for each person. Even if she/ he is a kid, even if you are not very hungry. We found that being unprofessional and rather far from valuing customer. Especially when you are not informed by the waitress very politely. As an objection we left without having our dinner.Would not recommend the place at all. They did not care.
