Meeting a friend after work, we decided to pop into the Beaufort for a couple of pints. The vibe was a strange one, with a large number of police officers (I thought their calling was a doughnut shop?) and a few locals from the surrounding area. It was a mix that seemed odd, especially considering the newly furnished interior suggested it was a bar one visits before heading to a club, rather than before heading home. The beer garden was more comparable to a large smoking area, with a few benches thrown in with a heater. I wouldn’t recommend visiting if you’re hoping for a nice sun trap. The menu was vast for those wanting to grab lunch or dinner, and it was full of great options. My main suggestion would be to avoid the afterwork crowds, in order to take full advantage of what the pub/bistro has to offer.

They even have different flavours and options for coffee. The food looks great but we didn’t find it as good in taste.Service: very good!Price: Not a usual student hangout spot but reasonably priced if you’re looking for a nice pub and dining to enjoy a few drinks with your friends. Coffee and the dessert cost us about 5 each. One meal and one starter with a coffee and beer cost us about 15 each.
