Stopped in for some lunch. A varied menu to cater for all tastes. Large portions too. Has a good atmosphere despite some reviews saying staff are miserable. It was not our experience. Still, can please all the people a the time.
We had brunch there every day, after discovering it just down the lane from our hotel. wonderful porridge; pancakes and syrup; and Eggs Benedict. Great atmosphere with lots of happy conversations going on. Very good service, even at busy times.They even dispensed Newcastle Gin!
