We use only wild fish not farmed.All our fish comes from well managed,sustainable fishing grounds. It is always our intention at FISH N CHIP to purchase the highest quality fish from recognised and respected fish merchants. We request a gurantee from all our fish merchants that the fish they supply to us has been sourced from sustainable and well managed fishing grounds.
