We came here a couple of evenings while staying at the holiday park nearby. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, it is clearly well used by the locals and the dog was welcomed too.
Whilst on holiday at Chalet Park we had two meals at the California Tavern,Sunday carvery and a mid week special meal.Both meals were of the highest standard good choice,well cooked,well presented along with good service in very pleasant surroundings,will be back next year.
Popped in after being on the beach wasnt very welcome dog didn’t get offered any water, wouldn’t visit again.
nice location staff are rude not eaten therefore so dont know on the food side ok for just a drink but there a nice chippy right by here
