Enjoyed a lovely meal here for Valentine’s Day. The food and service were exceptional. The two waiters who served us were lovely. Cannot remember their names but one was from South Africa, and the other was half italian/ Greek. You made our night so thanks!

We had an excellently weekday lunch at Carluccio’s Hale, v nice atmosphere and buzzing with other lunchers. Set menu was v good value for money. Our authentic Italian waiter Andreas was great and made a perfect espresso. Will return.
