Fantastic friendly local great staff and food. I love this place it’s what pubs should be. Luckily it isn’t pretentious like some of the pubs in the area. The staff here really care and want to take care of you. Sunday roasts are amazing the lamb just falls off the bone and the beef dripping roasties are melt in the mouth! Go here with a group of friends regularly just go you won’t be dissatisfied garden is lovely and peaceful. Last time we were there my girlfriend noticed they had a private bar.
Came here for on a nice autumnal day and subsequently took advantage of the beer garden. As this is a youngs pub the ales and food are good too. I had a beef roast with the meat delightfully rare, vegetables nicely done and gravy absolutely delicious. As a bonus it has BT Sport for those interested and there is ample space inside should the weather not be as nice as when we went. londoncurryblog.com
Cold food. I’ve eaten here three times now and the food is always cold. Even if you send it back it comes back cold. Even if you send it back twice it comes back cold. This is a huge shame as the food is very good and the staff friendly and helpful. If they ever solve this problem I would eat there regularly but for now I shall avoid as the place is not cheap.
Best Sunday roast in Hampstead real pub cosy fire place great board games
