Amazing place, enough seating, quick bar services, perfect English food more of countryside than Londoner.Accommodation too available which is much better than other starred chains of hotels in nearby locations, it’s of much help when you’re full tummy and drunk brain.. lol.
The new Thai cuisine management is dreadful. Zero customer service. The waitress dropped a full glass of wine on us and didn’t apologise and was upset to be asked to give us a new glass to the table. We have been coming to this local pub for many years and the last few times have been awful. 2 weeks ago after booking a table for 12 and paying at the bar before we left we were chased out of the pub by the Thai waiter for leaving without paying the bill. Totally outrageous – again not even an apology when they realised it was all settled and they had a miscommunication issue with themselves about the bill. Again Zero customer service or satisfaction – very disappointed.

Great food. Having lived in Thailand this is one of the nicest and more authentic Thai food places around. The pub itself isn’t that great and could do with a bit of refurb but you can’t fault the food!

Thai food in the forester is very average. The owner’s attitude of the thai restaurant is very shocking. We ordered a beef pad prik and the beef was so hard that we couldn’t chew. When we called him and mention that the dish was not right he said ‘ beef is tough, we do not use sirloin steak’ did not even offer to change the dish. If i knew i would have bought a metal denture speacially !! Even budget chinese take away places knows how to tenderise beef !If you want a good meal i recommend saignon saignon better than thai on chiswick high rd. Superb food and service.
Best Thai restaurant in London. Friendly atmosphere and great authentic Thai food. Last time I had such tasty food was in Thailand!
I would say that it’s the best Thai. It’s always top of the list. Nice people good food great price. I always get delivery, always hot.
