ikfte is combination of ”i” and ”kfte”.. i means ”raw” or ”uncooked”, kfte means ”meatball” 🙂 you did not hear wrong!! t is a popler snack in Turkey.. t is made from bulgur, onion, tomato pasta, urfa biber (a kind of red pepper), salt and raw meat (beef or lamb).. Anyway, this shop is good at ikfte and you can order it as wrap or meal in plate!!
Not clean shop, not clean food… Wish to be satisfied and recommend but I’ m really sorry to say I do not do. I came after I saw positive feedback about this store but please don’t rely on it. These are not real, unfortunately. According to regulation there should be a cover on this kind of food in order to keep it hygienic. However, staff and food was not clean, and there’s no cover over food. It should have been. Therefore, I never recommend it for anyone else does care being health. I am also not sure about making process of food.
