Harran makes a great kebab and my favourite part is watching. They use my preferred method of grilling it over open coals (as opposed to a metal griddle) which lends the meat a beautifully smokey taste, and there’s nothing better than the salivating experience of watching the skewered meat sizzling over an open fire. The staff are very amicable and if you happen to visit here on a semi-regular basis they will definitely remember your face and offer you tea as you wait which is a nice touch. If I had to recommend a kebab it would be the Adana, but beware, it’s spicy!
