Used regularly. Always reliable. Cheese Soufflé is best in North East of England. Well located in centre of Fenwicks in Eldon Square. Convenient opening hours, and good variety on menu.
As we were four we had to wait for 20 minutes, but eventually we were seated. Service was great and the food quality excellent. Porridge with honey followed by avocado on brown toast. Really good and the tea was nice. Must go again.

Terrible today. Long wait to get in, very long wait for food. No real apology. Standards are slipping!

First time there today and will be returning,took a while for the food but well worth it and the staff are a credit to this restaurant keep up the good work it’s realy appreciated
