After years of using this place the last few food orders have not been to the same standard.The wrong food has arrived twice and when you call they want to charge you to re deliver safe to say we wont be using them again used to be good food and good servicesnow the food matches the service poor
Terrible. Est 30-40 min for deliver took over an hour. Food was poor quality with barely any chicken in the dish. Phoned to complain and refused a refund. Staff member hung up. Phoned again and no further customer satisfaction. Very poor service, food for the prices
Amazing taste with a wide variety too boot.. Just moved into the area not long ago, and was recommended this Chinese take away by the neighbors. So for about 3 weeks now i was giving this place a try. i was lucky that i did. This place was alot better then my old place, infact iam some what of a fan of Chinese cuisines so i’ve tried a fair few and i dear say this is easiy one of the best ive had. the price was alittle higher then the norm but in my opinion you get what you paid for, dont understand some people mentality sometimes so disrespectful if you want some thing cheap thats fine but dont expect every establishment are on the same level of service or quality. i will be back for more.
Fan for 9 years and they blew it…!. Good food for nine years. Only sent one or two dishes back in that time.Tonight, a green curry sauce was like water, and another coconut dish was the same. It was like there was a new chef. I asked to speak to the manager to complain and he would not speak to me saying the dishes were right. I have eaten in some of the best asian places (including the far east) and the dishes were wrong. SHAME ON YOU GOURMET ORIENTAL FOR NOT ADDRESSING YOUR CLIENT’S CONCERNS!! You have lost a loyal customer.
Take away only but best Chinese food for miles. The Thai and Malaysian Is excellent too
