  Great Food Every Time. I visit Roberto’s regularly and am never disappointed.Great freshly cooked food, good portions and reasonable prices.It is nice to be able to visit a local restaurant which is not part of a chain – churning out over priced food not even prepared on the premises.Tapas is particularly good – especially compared to a big well known chain!

  Superb service !. I travelled some distance to treat my long suffering wife; the trip was well worth it ! We found that the service from entering the establishment to leaving was overwhelmingly fantastic. I’m a big fella and even I found it difficult to finish my meal (mind you I couldn’t help pinch some from my wifes plate as it looked to good not to.We will definately be returning very soon with our friends.I have noted since being to Robertos that someone called, ‘Al’ has left a review that i find totally the opposite from our experience, perhaps Al should take his wife on a return trip i’m sure he wont be dissapointed twice. i suspect that as he mentioned he had difficulty finding the restaurant in the first place he was not in the best frame of mind to start with. Perhaps he could buy a Sat nav with the money he saved or a dictionary judging by his spelling!

  Poor customer relations. Having travelled today some distance to try the food was poorly treated by the owner cheff.My wife andI thought we would try the tea time offer of 2 courses for 10. As we live some distance had a little trouble finding the restaurant but eventually found it at 7.15 pm. As the offer was till 730 we checked with the waitress was still okay to order from thr offer. She checked and said ok. We ordered wine and some meals only to be told 15 minutes later we were too late.We asked to see the manager as they confirmed on ou r arrival it was still okay only to be the cheff(owner?) had said it wasn’t . We tried to explain the situation with the manager who then told us it would not be honoured.I tried to explain this attitude was lose/lose as we were annoyed would not be eating there, return or recomm the establishment. The owners didn’t seem to care even though they initially agreed. I do not understand peoples attitude like this and are a great believer of you can’t eat principle sandwiches so yeah we lost out on a meal but they will lose out on orders or recommendations- to the owners you need to understand your customer requirements not have a negative pissy attitude we wiill not be back Roberts!,,,,,,,,,,

  Excellent dining. Had a truely lovely meal at Roberto’s. Great choice of Tapas, wine, steaks and really good prices. Well worth a visit.
