Understand that new year’s eve is a busy time but after 3 reminders, our starters arrived 1hr 20 mins later! My vegetarian spaghetti dish was average but definitely not hot. The staff were apologetic and bought complimentary starters to the table but with a young child with us we were all pretty tired at that point. Dissapointing service. Owner, Bruno had left by then but had he been around I don’t think this mishap would have happened.
Word of mouth. More than once friends had recommended Saporito’s – and on two visits I have not been disappointed. The welcoming owner keeps a friendly eye on patrons’ parking spaces as well as on his staff . The menu is varied, the food excellent and the service discrete. A real plus in the area.
I’m not sure what planet Simon jones is on but I have never had anything but quality food from saporito’s service is always good too. Bruno is a fantastic host and is always chatty without getting in your face too much or spoiling your meal. I have also never heard anyone else complain about anything at Saporitos and I know a lot that go there, my inlaws eat there every Wednesday and love it. Italian is one of my fave foods and as a result I have tried a lot of other restaurants including San carlos and to be honest overall it doesn’t come close to Saporitos food quality.
I think saporitos offer a good value for money. i eat there a lot and the foods always top notch and the staff are really kind and helpful. simon has got it truely wrong. as for peroni simon there are other lagers available,its not advertised on the menu as peroni
At first glance a cute looking authentic italian. Relaity couldn’t been more different. Poor service bland and microwaved food all in all disapponting even the pernoni was different the advertised
Its fantastic. I strongly disagree with the other review. This is my regular restaurant and the food and service are brill. The beer they serve is Italian larger – ive never seen a brand advertised so I dont know what this person is talking about. I would definitely recommend this restaurant
