I think the coffee here is somewhat better than Costa or Starbucks (both nearby). The decaff is certainly miles better than at Costa. They used to sell a superb hot chocolate too – not sure if they still have it.
In the toilet – the seat was cracked in half at the front – dangerous. Sink, floor, bins, walls dirty, The whole place like many Cafe Nero was grubby and worn. Avoid. Use a nice independent cafe – there are many in Norwich.
Stopped here for a coffee and being a Nero you know what your getting. Nice relaxing atmosphere in comfortable chairs. Quick service and Conveniently located in beautiful Norwich .

Quick and nice staff,coffee was good and it was nice just to sit outside and watch the people at the outdoor market.
