Overstaffed yet always queues. Rude staff that are very cliquey with certain customers and forget/ignore other customers if they don’t know them as well.the coffee is expensive and u get less coffee for your money than elsewhere.maybe if the rich owner stopped wasting money on too many staff and started providing better quality for money and better service things would improve.just because u were voted as one of the best delis doesnt mean now u can stop trying. I certainly won’t be going there ever again nor recommending them.
