We serve our clients from a charismatic, blue vintage Citroen HY van from 1972. We specialize in hand made authentic Roman rectangular pizzas in teglia(tray), using the highest quality Italian products. We take care of clients with a wonderful experience not only due to their enjoyment of eating our pizza, but also in the service we provide. Our dough is proofed for 48 hours using a less refined flour maintaining a high hydration rate. This confers the singular honey-combed appearance and makes the dough lighter and easier to digest. Our toppings are all fresh; Italian extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt, a home made tomato base, seasonal vegetables and a fior di latte mozzarella. The result is a product which is the perfect balance of great taste, healthy ingredients and authenticity.
