This is a neighbourhood Chinese take away and I must say they pleasantly surprised me in terms of their balance with some dishes. The chilli lamb and salt and chilli squid are very dependable and my usual ‘order’ suspects. Egg fried rice is standard fare as are the noodles. The beef in black bean Ho fun is another dish that was above average too. Portions are on the generous side which is always a plus with Chinese take away joints! If you are in the area and in the mood for a take away you won’t be disappointed.

The food was fabulous, it was so good that I ve had to get off the couch and onto the PC to give these guys the praise they deserve. These guys are underrated, the food here is the best I’ve had since moving to London! MUST TRY!
Brilliant food. I just order some food from here and I can honestly say ITS THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN THE AREA! I got some sweet and sour chicken, prawn crackers, crispy shredded beef and crispy aromatic duck cooked for me in under 10 minutes. When I got home the food was still hot and the taste was very authentic. The chef gets the flavors just right and the food isn’t greasy. I would recommend to anyone in Islington!
I just wanted something simple and ordered the Chinese chicken with vegetable dish and plain rice with it. If they can’t do a simple dish well then there is no hope. Cheap, chewy chicken with a few water chestnuts, tasteless carrots and a piece of soggy broccoli. The rest was slimy bean sprouts in a tasteless sauce. Horrible! Never again
Bad Chinese Food. This hole in the wall takeaway sells your typical bad tasteless gloopy Chinese food. :Tasteless.
