zilouf’s is a great option for birthday drinks and big groups. It’s quirky, well decorated and the happy hour options won’t disappoint. But I give it a 3.5 because in the cocktail space, it’s a notch below competitors like B&H. While Zilouf’s doesn’t have the intimacy of B&H,it certainly has vibrancy.
