Bushi - Bushi literally means to eat foods harmonious with the season in Chinese. The use of fresh seasonal ingredients became the spirit and focus when creating this concept. Like any Michelin rated restaurants, each individual dish was designed meticulously with considerations of plating and the crockery we use. However affordability is one of the key elements that we consider. As the mission statement of OISOI, we would like to lead a quality and joyful alternative lifestyle in the city. Therefore we have priced our dishes far away from the Michelin restaurant rates. As a part of the dining experiences, we have decided to design the interior for Bushi Bushi full of warm and imaginary colours,akin with those which the earth can offer us throughout the seasons. So, lets get together and try this splendid new venue that we have created!
