Best burger eatery. Wimpy staff always deal with you quickly, the food is freshly prepared and arrives quickly and tastes great. Half pounder (for those who can take the calories) is fantastic.
I feel compelled to make the effort and say a few words about my experience at the Huddersfield Wimpy as it was way and above better than what I would expect from this type of family restaurant. The food that my family received was freshly cooked, well presented and received in no time at all. I must add that the quarter cheese in a whole meal bun is probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted!It was the level of service though that was so unexpected. All the staff were really ‘on the ball’ and really efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Normally in establishments like this, staff are uninterested, surly and don’t care. Not the case here….well done! It was nice to be served by someone with a brain and banter. Just wish there was one in Manchester.
