Customer service needs a big improvement, ordered food told it would be 15 minutes till delivery, over 40 minutes later still no food, rang and was told food would be 5-7 minutes, 10 minutes later still no food, rang again and asked for refund was hung up on, rang back and was told the man on phone did not know how to do refunds but manager was bringing food. Manager arrived told him did not want food he was rude and told me I was excited! No mate just hungrey then told me to have food and he would give me discount, explained again did not want food wanted all money back, he tried to say I could have half, then I said again no full refund, his response I not give you refund, I responded with ill infirm trading standards (his never heard of them!) he eventually took food away and said he would refund in few days erm no so hubby has gone to resturant to get money back, disgusting service, don’t say you can deliver in a time slot that’s not achievable and teach your staff some customer service

Avoid the buffet! Sweet food!. Avoid the buffet. For a start, every other Indian buffet I’ve ever been to is self serve, not bringing stuff to the table. The food was sweet and much more suited to English tastebuds – Indians, forget it – it won’t excite your taste buds in the slightest. Also, don’t do the buffet if you’re a vegetarian. No point. Potatoes and a veg dish. That’s it. Uninspired. But the starter portion of chicken tikka was nice, and the naans were nice light and fresh. Onion bahjis like hockey pucks.
