Manager threathen my life sweared at me !!. I guess im not the first one as i placed an order through hungryhouse and called to ask about the sauce i ordered and the guys started screeming and shouting at me and when i asked him why he was being so rude or misbehaving he started swearing non stop and hung up ! I called back again being in a shock as i wanted to cxl my order and wanted a refund but he would pick up swear and hang up and i kept saying why r u misbehaving and please cxl my order and he said look how i rinse ur card out and i know where u live and im coming for u ?! So i called hungry house complaint and tried cxling my order but he cxled it before and tried black listing my address anyways i explained everythin to them and logged a formal complain as im so scared being a single girl n him knowin my address and all to ask about one sauce. He has no manners no patience so why do such a job and when i intially asked him is this how u treat ur paying customers who make ur bussiness run & said wow thats when he said such filthy things to me but towards the end it got it as im complaining to the police over his threat and making it offical as this man needs to sorted and thinks hes owns the world or something but im still shaking and shocked how a simple phone order turned out to life threats and its not easy knowing some crazy man knows ur address so plz be careful ppl and dont order as you ppl knew he was the manager as i kept asking for the manager and hv never experienced such a thing as im never using take away ever again !!!
Bad service. We have visited the branch many times, they never answer the phone and even if you confront them about it they don’t take you seriously !Manager is rude and thinks customers will fall at his feet, I hope the management changes soon as I do enjoy the food.
NEVER AGAIN.. We received our order wrong and our drinks were missing, we phoned Yumchi back to tell them and all we got was attitude and the woman talking to me like I was stupid. Awful customer service! She was adamant that she was right and we were wrong which not the case. We asked to speak to the Manager and did, explained what had happened and he basically said send your order back and we’ll replace it or we’ll just send you the extra. Even had the cheek to call me back and say that I would be charged extra!! They wanted to pick up the food they sent us in the 1st place, take it back to the shop to ‘check’ it and then maybe send us a replacement. I was appaled and wanted a refund! Had to phone the store again while the driver was at my door and was told that I had to wait until tomorrow to call and process a refund, no way was I waiting for my money back so I argued that I wasn’t paying for anything that I haven’t got so the driver gave me my money back. Never again will I order from Yumchis. Appalling customer service and attitude.
Poor customer care.. Ordered food from Yumchi Hillingdon, the delivery was wrong and when we called to rectify it we were abused for being stupid and not listening when our order was read back to us even though it looked like we had received someone else’s order the man we spoke took was so rude and wsore at us and said there was nothing we could do to change the order. I would not recommend this takeway to any one as their customer care skills as tremendous.
The manager showed disgusting behaviour and was very very rude. We placed an order, which he confirmed for us and when the food arrived, 4 of the dishes were incorrect. This was because the dish numbers on the online menu are different to those in the leaflets.We called them up, expecting to either be refunded or new food to be sent upon collection of the wrong order, and instead had the manager shout at us, call us liars, accuse us of calling him dyslexic, laugh at us and eventually hang up on us. They then refused to pick up the phone for us despite using several different numbers for the next 5 minutes (in which time someone else could have been trying to place an order).After finally getting through and asking to speak to the manager, we were told that the rude man WAS the manager. 15 minutes was then spent arguing our case, trying to repeatedly explain why the food order was wrong and asking for a refund or new delivery, which they continuously refused. We were told that it was our fault we’d gotten the wrong order and that the manager had confirmed the order over the phone with us (which he had…for the food we’d asked for). Eventually it was agreed that our wrong order would be delivered and we would be refunded. It took 45 minutes for them to come collect the food.
NO MORE. Ordered family dinner twice there, once there was one dish missing, other time we got wrong dish. Food was tasteless, tasted like MSG. We won’t order there anymore and don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Yummy yumchi. The tastiest Chinese delivery service in Uxbridge.Everything in my order tasted even better than expected. Would recommend to anyone.
