The Guardhouse Restaurant at the Garrison is brimming with unique historical character, built in 1854 it was the only walled barracks of its kind in Europe. The original cells and guard towers are all maintained and combined with classic interior decor. The British themed food is made with fresh ingredients and specially prepared by our chefs. There is a wide selection of artisan gin, whiskey malts, craft beer and local real ales to try on the bar.
